We want you to love your custom home decor, but if you aren't completely satisfied, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made products may be subject to a restocking fee to account for their bespoke nature.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
